Judge Stephanie Sautner said at the short session that the 'Machete' actress is keeping up well with her sentence.
"She has done everything that's required," Sautner told Lohan. "The way I figured it and we talked, there's 14 more days of community service and five more therapy sessions. Ms Lohan, you're in the homestretch, OK?
"The probation officer's pleased with your progress, you seem to be getting your life back on track and that's what we've all hoped for."
Lohan, who still needs to pay $3,500 (£2,200) worth of fines, must complete the 14 days of community service and five therapy sessions before her next hearing on March 29.
Lohan is set to host Saturday Night Live on March 3.
