Whitney Houston's brother Gary has denied that he is upset about being left out of her last will and testament.

The singer's sibling, who flew to Atlanta from New York with wife Pat earlier this week to discover who will inherit her fortune, said that he is too devastated at the loss of his sister to worry about her money.

Gary told TMZ: "I don't concern myself with any of that [will stuff]... all I know is my sister's gone."

He also revealed that Whitney's daughter Bobbi Kristina Brown, who inherited her mother's entire estate, is dealing with her death "day by day".

Whitney was found dead in her Beverly Hilton Hotel suite on the night of Clive Davis's pre-Grammy Awards party last month.

Her will, released on Wednesday, revealed that 19-year-old Bobbi Kristina will inherit everything when she turns 21. Until then, Whitney's mother Cissy was named as Executor of the Will, while brother Michael and sister-in-law Donna are trustees.

The document stated that if Bobbi Kristina died before probate is completed, Whitney's assets would be divided among ex-husband Bobby Brown and relatives such as Gary and Pat.
