After showings from EA and Microsoft comes the second third-party press conference from Ubisoft, soon to be followed by Sony later on.

We can expect new Assassin's Creed 3 and Far Cry 3 footage, a possible Splinter Cell reveal, some Vita game announcements, and the official reveal for Rayman Legends.

> Follow our ongoing E3 2012 coverage

You can keep up to date with the following live stream or via our blog updates below. The conference will start at 11pm BST / 8pm EST / 3pm PST.

00:22We'll be back for Sony's conference at 2am. Join us then.

00:21Well that was interesting. Watch Dogs, Assassin's Creed, ZombiU, a ton of Wii U games to look forward to, not to mention Rayman Legends. A strong showing by Ubisoft.

00:20Definitely one to watch (if you'll excuse the pun), Watch Dogs is a fitting conclusion to Ubisoft's presentation.

00:19Now you're tracking Pearce, charged with protecting him as he escapes through the city. Big ovation for this one, biggest we've heard all night.

00:18Joseph DeMarco is toast. An act with severe consequences, not that Aiden cares!

00:17He can use his hacking skills to screw with traffic too, but has to rely on good old-fashioned firepower to deal with some goons.

00:15Intriguing premise, Aiden can get intel on everybody by hacking their electronic devices. He listens in to a phone conversation between his target and a woman at the gallery, before violently assaulting security.

00:13He jams everybody's phones to gain entry to an art museum. He's after a man called DeMarco, and he's less than impressed with the arty types at the gallery.

00:12It's set on the gritty streets of Chicago. As Aiden stalks the streets, he casts his digital shadow everywhere.

00:10He's a violent man apparently, and he's looking to expose somebody to the world.

00:09Watch Dogs is the name of the game. As Aiden Pearce, the city becomes your weapon. We're about to see some open-world action gameplay.

00:07Hardcore porn, online shopping - it's all part of the same network and somebody is going to hack it.

00:07Who controls the computers? You are no longer an individual. They're watching us...we're starting to panic.

00:06CEO Yves Guillemot introduces a new IP. The trailer is showing now, looks like some good old-fashioned conspiracy fun.

00:04Some stats now for popular Ubisoft games. 85,000 levels have been created for Trials Evolution. 36 countries play The Settlers Online. Unfortunately, we missed the rest writing this.

00:02You can register now for the beta. We'll give you the web address later.

00:01Tense finale, looked like the girls were going to win that one with some well placed rocket attacks, but alas.

00:01The girls are coming back. It looks like a fun mode, these are some hardcore players.

00:00The one just defeated the three, some nice rail gun action.

23:59But the solo player gets a rail gun...it didn't help against those rockets though.

23:59Bit like Blockbusters this, 3-on-1 isn't fair!

23:58Lots of e-sports legends are about to showcase Shootmania's Elite mode. It's a three-on-three battle mode, but it plays as a 3-on-1 game during different rounds.

23:55Shootmania is announced by Toby. Toby and Aisha are about to square off in a multiplayer battle...actually they're letting the developers play for them.

23:53We're moving on to e-sports now. Toby is out for this...he's an enthusiastic chap.

23:52It's not just the Brits that are on Connor's hit list, you'll be fighting enemies on both sides of the revolution over a 30-year period.

23:51Behind enemy lines, Connor uses explosives to create a diversion. The crazy fool is only taking on the entire army! Huge round of applause for that, and not surprising.

23:49Connor chases down a soldier attempting to flee, he uses the trees to get in range and swoops down for the kill. We're really impressed with what we've seen so far.

23:48We're on horseback now, but not for long, it's back to the trees and into battle.

23:46This looks fantastic. He was delivering meat to a trader as part of a mission. Now he's after a chap called Silas.

23:45Making his way through the trees as he stalks his dinner, Connor shows off his archery skills.

23:43Francois Pelland takes the stage. George Washington and Benjamin Franklin will feature in the final product. I think we're about to see some gameplay.

23:42He takes out the entire British legion almost single-handedly. What a badass!

23:41Having just been decimated by zombies in ZombiU, the British are about to fall foul of Connor Kenway, the game's new assassin.

23:39It's time for Assassin's Creed 3 now. Ubisoft takes us back in time - "this is a revolution," says Aisha.

23:39Wii U games listed: Rabbids Land, Your Shape, Just Dance 4 and Sports Connection. Ubisoft loves the Wii U. Should be releasing at launch. We were half hoping they'd tell us when that would be.

23:38ZombiU is the name, and that was one hell of a trailer. London-based presumably, we'll find out soon enough, but it looks good, although zombie-based trailers have let us down before.

23:36'God Save The Queen' is playing for those who have no sound, only with a twist, a bloody twist!

23:35Very patriotic...sort of.

23:34The next Wii U game is one for the adults. It's exclusive to the Wii U and we're about to see a trailer.

23:33This gets better!

23:33They're showing off what sounds like rhythm action platform gameplay. It sounds very catchy and looks highly addictive.

23:31It supports up to five players, and you can even use your Wii remotes, consider us sold!

23:31Each controller has specific actions, it helps to create an infinite amount of combos. There's some nice flitting between the foreground and background, not to mention touchscreen and traditional controller actions.

23:29They're showing off Murphy, a brand new co-op character.

23:29Rayman Legends is next. This is hotly anticipated by us. We're going to see lots of crazy Wii U ideas coming our way.

23:28Marvel Avengers: Battle For Earth. It's coming to Wii U too! This fall.

23:27Wolverine is doing battle with Venom, Spider Man and Magneto are having a pop at each other too.

23:26The greatest super heroes of all time assemble for a new game (wonder what this could be?). "Girl wood number three," remarks Aisha.

23:25This trailer is much more cinematic than earlier, but no less impressive.

23:23The game's director is talking to Toby. It's the biggest Splinter Cell ever made. Spy vs. Mercs is confirmed, alongside a co-op mode.

23:22Splinter Cell: Blacklist is up next. This is the second time we've seen this one today.

23:21"How much freedom is there in Far Cry 3?" Lots according to Ubisoft.

23:21Some nice interactivity between fans and developers.

23:20It's all gone a little weird now. Jason enters a strange dreamlike state - you could say that he's facing his insanity.

23:18Lots of violence and bad language. Jason's got a bounty on his head, which is a tempting amount of cash even to a tiger!

23:17Jason uses a bow and arrow to take out a guard, before sensibly switching to a rifle when they start coming after him.

23:15Now we're greeted by some stunning gameplay footage. We love the tropical island location. The guard with a knife through the throat isn't quite so fond of it though.

23:13Far Cry 3 coming up next. Producer Dan Haye introduces us to a rather raunchy trailer!

23:11Aisha Tyler is hosting. She's doing a bit of back and forth with Toby Tyler...whoever that is?

23:09That's Just Dance 4 folks! The number one dance game brand in the world by all accounts.

23:08Usher vs. Flo Rida...I'm giving it to Flo Rida!

23:07Both Wild Wild West and Maneater play to the crowd before Flo Rida shows up with some bling!

23:05Jolted awake with some applause and a live performance!

23:05...zzzzzz

23:04...still waiting!

23:01...or not.

23:00Take your seats folks, this one's about to begin!

22:59Lots of chatter and some music, but no images.

22:51We're still hunting down a few trailers and gameplay demonstrations from earlier. What's been the most impressive thing you've seen so far?

22:51Lots of stories coming out of E3 already. Why not check out our complete E3 coverage?

22:49Not sure exactly what to expect from this one, but you can be sure that some of it will be lost in translation...aka expect a few spelling mistakes!

22:48So here we are. Two down, two to go (for today). Next up is Ubisoft.
