Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim's DLC will be detailed as early as next week, Bethesda has confirmed.

Speaking on Twitter, Bethesda's marketing VP Pete Hines explained that more details would be released soon, including release times for Kinect functionality, which adds over 200 voice commands to the open-world role-playing game.

"I am working on getting a little more info out on Skyrim/DLC. Maybe next week? We'll see. Also trying to confirm Kinect release date," Hines tweeted.

Kinect voice commands will enable players to navigate the menu screens, issue follower commands, equip items and perform dragon shouts.

The planned DLC, which will be a timed Xbox 360 exclusive, will add new quests, locations, features and "much more" to the world of Skyrim.

Skyrim was recently updated to version 1.5, adding new killcams and animations.

The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim was released for PC, PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 in November. It was named as the fastest-selling PC game on digital distribution service Steam.
