X-Men: Days of Future Past will feature Alan Cumming among its ensemble cast, according to James McAvoy.

The Professor Xavier actor let the news slip during an interview with Heat Radio, in which he listed numerous cast members in line to return for the sequel.

"You got me, [Jennifer Lawrence, Michael Fassbender,] Nicholas Hoult will be back, and he's just blossoming massively over [in America]," he said.

"Patrick Stewart, Ian McKellen, Halle Berry, Alan Cumming, Peter Dinklage I hear mentioned - I don't know if that's happening - 'Huge' Jackman is coming by, he's massive, 7'5″ and muscly."

Cumming played Nightcrawler on-screen in X2 and has voiced the character in various video games and animated shows.
