Neon is Sean's first full album release since he found huge success in the US with his third LP All or Nothing, which spawned the hits 'Down' and 'Do You Remember'.

'Where You Are' will be the album's first proper single, and will be debuted on radio and iTunes on March 19.

Based in both New York City and Los Angeles, the company have signed several groups including The Janoskians, UK X Factor contestants The Fairground and urban production team Da BeatFreaks, who recently worked with boyband Blue.

Jay Sean was named Lebara Mobile Asian Music Awards' 'Artist of the Decade' back in October.
