A woman has spent her New Year's Eve accidentally locked in a supermarket.
A 73-year-old in Roubaix, France was shopping at an Intermarché store on December 31 when she felt slightly ill and headed to the toilet.
However, by the time she exited the toilet, the supermarket had shut for the day, leaving her by herself as the New Year approached.
The woman spent the night there, eventually settling in the staff office.
She was found the next morning (January 1), 'exhausted' but 'safe' according to local newspaper La Voix du Nord.
The woman did not take anything from the store shelves during her overnight stay in the supermarket.
