The girls are none too happy with Victoria, who once again "threw them under the bus" by telling Tyra that she feels bullied in the house. Kiara is offended, considering she's been bullied herself, and Laura thinks Victoria herself is the bully as she holds herself away from the group and plays the victim at panel. Enough of the nonsense, though - it's time to go to Jamaica.
Once there, the girls board a bus, where they're met by a group of Jamaican male models and have a nice chat before pulling up at the Half Moon Resort, where they'll be staying. Tyra's there, as well, to give them a warm welcome. She reveals that she shot (and produced, natch) her first swimsuit calendar right there on that beach back in the day. Once she finishes bragging, it's time for a little partying, complete with some kettle drum music.
Hilariously, the Tyra Suite has been transported right there to their villa. As last week's winner, Laura gets to use it this week, and it looks like a store inside with tons of clothes and accessories. After claiming rooms, they all sit down for an outdoor lunch with Tyra, where they discuss modeling techniques and Tyra offers some pointers for going forward. Kiara also makes a little romantic connection with one of the male models, Corey, though obviously nothing will come of it.
That afternoon, they head to their first Jamaican challenge in Falmouth. They're met by Jonte, their movement coach, who explains that they'll be working with dancehall artist Konshens to create a routine. The girls will work in three groups of two - Kristin and Laura team up, while Kiara and Nastasia work together and Victoria and Leila team up. It's more than a little disastrous for most of the girls, who are a bit lacking in the dance department.
Laura goes for it despite looking ridiculous, while Kristin holds back. Victoria and Leila certainly give it their all, with Victoria even throwing in a cartwheel. Nastasia and Kiara are a bit more natural and Kiara even ends with a split. Kristin and Laura end up with a 7, as do Leila and Victoria. Nastasia and Kiara are the clear winners, getting a 9 out of 10. They'll get a nice collection of jewelry by a Jamaican designer and also, $10,000 for their scholarship fund, should they win the show.
Kristin and Laura aren't taking their loss too kindly, and so they turn their anger on Leila, who Kristin describes as a "lucky f**king bitch who popped out with a gap" in her teeth and is not an all-round good model. Laura adds that she only takes good pictures because she's "high fashion" but certainly doesn't deserve to be there. My, what lovely girls they are.
The next day, the girls are met at a river bank by Johnny and Rob, who introduce them to photographer William Richards. For the day's shoot, they'll want to capture the true essence of Jamaica. The premise is a woman who is stuck in a love affair between two men, one of whom is Rob himself. They'll get to pick the other male model from the group that greeted them when they first arrived. That gives Kiara a chance to get up close and personal with Corey.
Victoria is up first, and of course has an elaborate storyline thought up for her shoot as a wealthy heiress in search of an exotic love affair. Good lord. Her shoot goes okay, as does Laura's. However, Laura seems a bit uncomfortable and even scared, finding it hard to interact with the men in the photo. Leila is on a roll, however, and knows how to use her body and face perfectly and getting quite a few good shots in.
Nastasia is similarly successful and has really seemed to come into her own in front of the camera. The same can't be said for Kristin, who is still utterly clueless, pretty or otherwise. Even Jonny admits that he's surprised she's still in the competition, as she doesn't seem to know herself and needs a lot of direction every time. Finally, Kiara gets out there, and while some of her shots are okay, she's seemingly distracted by her crush on the male model.
The next day, it's time for the panel. You know the drill - the girl with the highest combined score from the judges and social media is the winner, while the lowest scored goes home. Let's start with Nastasia, shall we? Kelly thinks she's getting better every week and applauds her for really learning how to use her body. Rob thinks her face looks really beautiful, though Tyra thinks she stuck her backside out too far. Rob defends her, though, giving her a 10. She ends up with a 25 in total.
Leila's body looks amazing in her photo, Rob remarks, and Kelly agrees - she loves everything about the shot. Tyra sees what a pretty girl she is in the close up, but thinks altogether it looks like a catalog shoot. She only ends up with 22.
Kiara's photo looks like an Off-Broadway show, Kelly notices, and Rob points out that she was distracted by the male model. Tyra can't even recognize Kiara's face in that photo and doesn't even see her pronounced bone structure. Unfortunately, she gets only 19.
Up next, Victoria gets an "Oh, God" from Kelly right away. She doesn't think it looks like a fashion shoot in any way. Victoria admits she's disappointed in herself, as well, and she only ends up with 19, as well.
Kristin's face is pretty, but her body is "very lap dancey", according to Kelly. Rob says she can't help that she's sexy but she comes off as if she doesn't want it and is "too cool" during every shoot. They make her "act the fool" on the spot, but Kelly is not impressed, saying that if she did that at a casting call, she'd be fired on the spot. Tyra, of course, has no problem demonstrating the proper way to do this. Kristin gets 21.
Laura's shoot comes off as "very Barbie/Rapunzel" to Kelly, though she notes that Laura looks beautiful. Rob can see the connection between herself and the model pretty clearly. Tyra calls the photo "amazing" and Laura ends up with a 26.
There are six girls in front of Tyra, but she's only got five photos in her hand, yada yada. This week's winner for top photo goes to Nastasia. Love her! In second place is Laura, followed by Leila, who's done herself proud after coming back. Kristin is called next, leaving Victoria and Kiara in the bottom two. After adding up the scores, Victoria is the girl eliminated. Let's all look on the bright side - now she can go see her mom!
"I'm so frustrated at this point. I wanted it - I wanted it so badly. I think about my mom and she's given me everything. She's done so much for me and I wanted to be able to achieve this to her and give back to her in some way," Victoria says following her elimination. "I really saw myself going so far. I want to try to leave this with my head held high and as a role model for that quirky girl who's a little different from everybody else."
