It's time for the Biggest Loser contestants to pack their bags this week - they're going on vacation! Yes, everyone's leaving the Ranch for a trip to Hawaii... but it might not be as relaxing as your standard trip to the beach. There's still a work-out to do, after all!
The contestants are surprised by surfer Bethany Hamilton, who helps them get on their surfboards for the first time. Watch two previews for the episode below:
Last week's episode saw the contestants begin to compete as individuals, but eventually Emily Joy was sent home from the competition.
After missing safety by just 1lb, Joy was voted out of the contest and vowed to pursue her dream of singing.
The Biggest Loser airs Tuesdays at 8/7c on NBC.
